"I have problematic skin and I use your goat's milk soaps and body butter every day and night on my entire body and it does wonders". -Sally, NY
"I picked up some of your soaps at beauty salon {Renacer LLC} while I was on vacation and I LOVE them!!! It has done my skin wonders. I've spent a lot of money on different soaps for my "over 40" skin problems. I used your soap when I got home and have given up all the high priced stuff at the mall."

CHARCOAL SOAP BAR

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT

CHARCOAL SOAP BAR

Some people feel untruthful about cleansing their face with our Charcoal Soap Bar. They feel counter intuitive to try and get rid of dirt with a soap that’s black, but we promise it is suitable for frequent use on the face by those with oily skin. Normal to dry facial skin generally likes this soap for a weekly deep clean.
What is Charcoal? Charcoal has been used for thousands of years to purify and detoxify. Charcoal is extremely porous—due to this unique molecular structure, impurities are drawn out into these pores. When used in soap, it provides deep cleansing without over-drying. Charcoal Soap Bar is especially popular among folks with oily skin.
Our Charcoal Soap Bar works to clarify and detoxify your skin without dehydrating it. Our Charcoal Soap Bar is a gently cleanser bar that will not act like a peel off mask like those painful peel-off masks' videos you might've seen.

Soaps are often made with surfactants, which are ingredients that help lather, foam, or cleanse; and some of them are harsh, overly drying, and can disrupt the pH balance of your skin. Many conventional brands use harmful ingredients like parabens and fragrances that can act as hormone disruptors. That’s why we prohibit more than 1,500 questionable or harmful ingredients from our products, and use surfactants that are milder and gentler to your skin. We’ve chosen  vegetables oils of  Olive, Castor, and Coconut, cocoa butter, activated charcoal, and essential oil blend  as safer choices to formulate our Charcoal Soap Bar.

Our Charcoal Soap Bar is made with a special type of activated charcoal powder called Binchotan that comes from Japanese Ubame oak. Created through a rapid heating and cooling process, it has increased adhesion properties and thoroughly cleanses by acting like a magnet to draw out impurities.

Deeply Cleansing Doesn’t Mean Super Drying> The fear with any deeply cleansing and detoxifying product is that it can leave your skin parched. Although charcoal help absorb excess oil, our formula helps maintain moisture thanks to hydrating coconut and olive oils.

Acne Suffers> If you are new using our charcoal soap bar, try it out on your neck or your forehead to see if it will break you out. If it begins to burn or cause irritation, wash it off immediately. If there's no instant irritation and you don't have any pimples popping up after using it for three consecutive nights, give it a solid three weeks before you throw your hands up in the air because it isn't working. "Your skin has to adjust to the new actives you're putting on it and if it doesn't have a chance to adjust, you could end up lowering the immune system of the skin by inundating it with too many active ingredients, If you still don't see results after a month and a half, you can try another product, but just remember to give your skin time to adjust to that one as well.

When using our Charcoal Soap Bar you should use it every other day. If you break out it is because the product is clearing and forcing out the first in those clogged pores! Anything that helps with pores will usually cause you to break out the first few times because it is getting the junk out.

The shower water contains metals that your skin can't tolerate.
Metals in water have been known to oxidize the skin and throw off the pH levels of your skin.
If the pH level of your skin is out of whack, your skin's outer layer of amino/lactic acids and oils that protect it can become compromised, exposing the skin and resulting in breakouts. Also, certain types of metals and minerals in the water can leave residue behind on your skin that can mix with sweat, dirt, bacteria, and oil — and boom, you've got another blemish.
We recommend that you wash your face with distilled water (it sounds annoying and high maintenance, but in order to rule out the fact that the minerals in your water aren't breaking you out, it's worth it to try for couples weeks). You can also just spring for a shower filter, which will sift the minerals out of your water and hopefully leave you with a clearer complexion!

Use A Toner> If  you think toners are a waste of time, Toners actually rebalance the skin, since soaps can make your skin more alkaline (super-quick science lesson: the outside of the body should be acidic while the inside of the body should remain as close to alkaline as possible). We recommend you after cleansing the skin, that you spray or swipe a toner over your skin with a cotton ball to bring it back to a pH level of a 5.5 acidity level,
